Rail Force Awarded Tender for Queensland Rail Signalling Power Upgrade & Fault Rectification Works.
We are excited to announce that Rail Force has been successfully awarded the tender to design and deliver the Signalling Power Upgrade & Fault Rectification Works at Nerang.
This significant project will address crucial signalling power upgrades and fault rectification, ensuring compliance with the latest standards and improving the reliability of the SEQ signalling infrastructure. Identified issues include non-compliant power and earthing infrastructure, unreliable or life-expired equipment, fault loop impedance, excessive parallelism to traction power, and the absence of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system.
Rail Force will implement solutions to address these problems, enhancing the safety and reliability of the signalling infrastructure. We look forward to working closely with Queensland Rail to achieve the goals of this critical project and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the SEQ railway network.
